Tantalizing Tuesday - Autumn part two

Hello and welcome back to another week of Tantalizing Tuesday. 

Last week I left you with Kate in the autumnal woods, sitting on a tree stump. Today you get to find out who called her name.

Kate turned her head to see back down the path she had just came from. It was bare. She looked to the left and to the right, but there was no one around. You’re going crazy girl, you need to get out of these woods. She pulled her knees up together, ready to jump off the stump, when she heard that voice again.

“Don’t go.”

She sat up straighter, her eyes followed the directing the voice came from back down the path. Her heart pounding in her chest. The she saw him.

Auburn shoulder length wavy hair framed dark mysterious eyes looked at her intently from behind a tree trunk.  The man had a trimmed beard that matched the colour of his hair and he was wearing a knee length fur coat. Kate would have noticed how good looking he was if it wasn’t for one fact. Around him, it was snowing!

She should be worried. She nervous. But she wasn’t. The man intrigued her.

“Why is it only snowing on you?”

Not the most practical question you would ask a strange man that you met in the middle of the woods, who just also happened to know your name.
